I started my insurance career working for Progressive Insurance in 2001. I was a senior in high school and had the opportunity to get my insurance license right after I graduated and did so. I worked in multiple roles at Progressive before leaving in 2007 to open Baehr Insurance Agency. I strive to help people in general and we get the opportunity to help protect what matters most to people and help them save money. I’m a lifetime Browns fan and you will likely find me at all our home games. I like to golf and I teach boxing part time. When I get a chance, I try to travel with my family. I love spending time with my wife and daughter.

Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 young sons that keep me busy. As much as I can I enjoy getting to the gym or hitting the golf course because I love staying active.

Hi, I'm Lana. I started in Insurance in October of 2023 but I have worked in customer service since I was 16. I enjoy going to concerts and sporting events. I try to stay active by playing volleyball whenever I can. The rest of my free time you can normally find me behind the bar, mixing up drinks or with my cat Scarlet.
